These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getrecovry.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The website is operated by Canis Mayoris LLC, 312 W 2nd St, Unity, WY 82601, United States.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Our products (including RECOVRY Cryo Bandages) are wellness and recovery aids. They are not medical devices intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a physician for persistent pain, injuries, circulatory disorders, skin conditions, or before use during pregnancy. Do not apply to open wounds or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

5. Shipping & Risk

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. For consumers, the risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

6. Returns & Withdrawal

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected. If a product is defective, contact us at support@getrecovry.com — we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, videos, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Canis Mayoris LLC and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canis Mayoris LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law — including mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those provisions remain unaffected, and you may bring proceedings in your country of residence. The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
