Shipping Policies
Shipping Policy
This page walks you through how your RECOVRY order reaches you: how fast we pack it, how long it's on the road, what shipping costs, how customs works, and what we do if something doesn't go to plan. We'd rather tell you a little too much here than leave you wondering in front of a tracking page.
This policy goes hand in hand with our Return and Refund Policy, which covers everything that happens after your parcel has arrived.
1. At a glance
- We ship to: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- Processing: 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery: 2 to 5 business days within the United States; [5 to 14] business days to our other destinations (details in section 4).
- Cost: 4.99 USD per order. Free on orders of 50 USD or more, to every destination.
- Express: available at checkout.
- Tracking: included with every order. Your link arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
- Import charges: Section 8 explains what to expect in your country.
- If something goes wrong: a lost or undelivered parcel is ours to fix, not yours. See section 12.
2. Where we ship
Right now we deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country isn't on the list yet, our checkout won't accept the address. We'd rather say "not yet" than take an order we can't deliver reliably.
We deliver to home and business addresses. Most PO boxes and parcel lockers work too, though tracking updates for them can be a little slower. At the moment we can't ship to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.
3. Processing time
We pick, check and pack every order within 24 to 48 hours. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our dispatch location.
- Order on a Tuesday morning, and your parcel is typically on its way by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest.
- Order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, and we start on it the next business day.
- Around launches, sales and the run-up to Christmas, packing can take a day or two longer. When that happens we'll say so on the website, so you aren't left guessing.
You'll get an order confirmation right after checkout, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as the carrier has your parcel. No confirmation within an hour? Have a quick look in your spam folder, then drop us a line. Usually it means a typo slipped into the email address at checkout.
4. Delivery times
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery takes:
- United States: 4 to 8 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 10 business days
- Canada: 8 to 10 business days
- Australia: 6 to 10 business days
- New Zealand: 8 to 10 business days
Add our 24 to 48 hours of processing to get the total from the moment you order.
These numbers reflect what we actually see, not a best case. Most parcels arrive well within the window. A few things can stretch it:
- customs clearance, the biggest variable for international orders;
- rural, remote or island addresses, where a local postal service handles the last stretch;
- peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas;
- weather, strikes or other disruption at the carrier.
Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout, with the price and estimated delivery time shown before you pay.
5. Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: 4.99 USD per order, the same to every destination we serve.
- Free standard shipping on orders of 50 USD or more, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
- Express shipping: the rate is shown at checkout.
You pay for shipping once per order, never per item. If your checkout shows another currency, the amount is converted there, and what you see before paying is exactly what you'll be charged.
We never add handling, packaging or fuel fees afterwards. Please note that the checkout price doesn't include import duties or taxes your own country may charge; section 8 has the details.
6. Carriers and tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.Ā
The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours to show up, and it's perfectly normal for tracking to go quiet for a few days while a parcel is in transit or waiting at customs. A quiet tracking page doesn't mean a lost parcel, and it nearly always sorts itself out. Section 12 tells you when it's time to get in touch and what we'll do.
The last leg is usually handled by a local service: USPS or a comparable courier in the United States, Royal Mail or Evri in the United Kingdom, Canada Post in Canada, Australia Post in Australia and NZ Post in New Zealand. We choose the carrier per parcel and destination, so the name in your tracking email may differ.
7. Where your order ships from
RECOVRY is operated by Canis Mayoris LLC, registered in Wyoming. Your order is dispatched from our fulfillment partners.
Our company address is published for identification and correspondence only. It is not a returns address. If you'd like to send something back, please follow our Return and Refund Policy and we'll give you the right address.
8. Import duties, taxes and customs
The price at checkout covers your products and, where it applies, shipping. It doesn't include import duties, tariffs or customs fees charged by the destination country. Those are set by your government, not by us, and where they apply the recipient pays them. Here is what to expect in each country.
United States US WAREHOUSE: Orders to US addresses ship domestically, so there are no import duties or customs fees.
SHIPPED FROM ABROAD: The former 800 USD duty-free allowance for low-value imports has been suspended since August 2025. Parcels entering the United States are therefore subject to customs entry and duty according to the goods and their country of origin, whatever their value. Depending on the carrier, duty may already be settled or may be requested from you before delivery. If you're asked to pay an import charge on a RECOVRY parcel, please contact us first and we'll tell you what is and isn't correct.
United Kingdom For consignments worth £135 or less, VAT is handled at the point of sale, so the checkout price is what you pay and nothing further should be due on delivery. Above £135, import VAT and possibly duty apply on arrival.
Canada Imports can attract GST or HST, provincial tax where applicable, duty, and a handling fee from the carrier, typically around 10 to 20 CAD per parcel.
Australia and New Zealand GST on low-value imports is generally collected at the point of sale rather than at the border, so you shouldn't be asked for anything more on delivery.
In every country We declare every parcel truthfully, at the price you actually paid. We can't mark orders as gifts, lower the declared value or describe the contents differently. It's illegal, it voids any insurance on the parcel, and it would leave you exposed if the declaration is checked.
If an import charge is refused and the parcel is returned or destroyed, section 14 explains what happens to your payment.
9. Orders sent in more than one parcel
If your order has several items, we may split it into separate parcels so nothing has to wait. You only ever pay for shipping once, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.
If part of your order has arrived and the rest doesn't follow within a few days, check whether you received more than one dispatch email. If something is missing from a parcel and there's only one tracking number, let us know right away and we'll send the missing item at our cost.
10. Delivery addresses and changes
Please double-check your address before paying, including apartment or unit number and postal code. Address typos are the most common reason parcels go astray, and once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it.
Spotted a mistake? Email support@getrecovry.com straight away with your order number and the correct address. If your parcel hasn't left yet, we'll fix it free of charge. Since we pack quickly, that window is short, so please write as soon as you notice.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll get in touch. You can have it sent again for a new shipping charge, or receive a refund of the item price minus the original shipping cost.
11. Delivery, missed deliveries and safe places
Most orders don't need a signature and may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor, at the carrier's discretion. Carriers usually attach a photo to the tracking when they do this, so that's the first place to look if your parcel shows as delivered but isn't in your hands.
If nobody's home, the carrier will normally leave a card and either try again or hold your parcel at a local depot or pickup point. Parcels are usually held for 7 to 21 days depending on the country before being returned to us, so please collect yours promptly.
12. Delayed, lost or missing parcels
Delayed. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your parcel is past the delivery estimate for your country, send us your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier the same day.
Lost. If a parcel can't be found, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't have to wait for the carrier's investigation to finish, and you never have to file a claim with the carrier yourself. Until your parcel is delivered, it's our responsibility.
Marked delivered but not received. Please check the safe-place photo in the tracking, ask others at your address and check with your neighbors. Still nothing? Tell us within 14 days of the delivery scan and we'll investigate with the carrier and find a solution together.
A delivery scan isn't the end of the conversation for us. If your parcel was scanned but never arrived, tell us and we'll take care of it.
13. Parcels damaged in transit
Please open your parcel and check everything when it arrives. If something is damaged, take photos of the item and the outer packaging before throwing anything away, and email them to support@getrecovry.com with your order number. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, shipping included, and you won't pay to return a damaged item.
14. Refused parcels and returns to sender
If a parcel is refused at the door, not collected from a pickup point, or returned because an import charge wasn't paid, it travels back to our fulfillment partner. Once we've confirmed its arrival, we refund the price of the goods minus the original shipping cost and any return charges the carrier passes on to us. We'll always tell you the amounts before we process the refund.
Simply changed your mind? Refusing the parcel isn't the best route. Accepting it and sending it back under our Return and Refund Policy is usually cheaper and always faster.
15. Peak periods and events outside our control
Our estimates assume normal conditions. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier disruption, strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters or other events beyond our reasonable control. What you can count on is that we keep you in the loop: if we know your order is affected, we'll email you before you have to ask.
None of this limits your rights if an order never arrives. A delay is a delay; a parcel that never shows up is handled under section 12.
16. If we cannot dispatch on time
If we can't ship your order within the time stated on this page, we'll contact you with a new date and let you choose between waiting and cancelling for a full refund. Customers in the United States have this right under the FTC's Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, and we apply the same standard to every order, wherever it's going.
You can also cancel any order yourself before it ships. Email us your order number with "cancel" in the subject line, and if your parcel hasn't left, we'll cancel and refund it, usually the same day.
17. Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer. In the United Kingdom, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless a longer period was agreed. In Australia and New Zealand, the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act require delivery within a reasonable time. Canadian provincial law and United States federal and state law provide further protections. Where our policy and your statutory rights differ, whichever is better for you applies.
