Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Germany & European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@getrecovry.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Lost packages will be replaced or refunded.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@getrecovry.com.
