30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to love your RECOVRY products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cryo bandages cannot be returned unless they are defective.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@getrecovry.com within this period. This statutory right applies in addition to our voluntary 30-day return guarantee.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@getrecovry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@getrecovry.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
